Your Support during Labor & Delivery

Need Support for Labor and the birth of your Little One?

A Doula could help with that! 

As your Doula, the support I offer includes:

Emotional support through guided meditation, light music, or anything that you personally will need to bring you into a tranquil state of mind. 
 

Physical support throughout the laboring process through breathing techniques, massage and counter-pressure points, and positioning. 
 

Advocacy! You have RIGHTS! Whether you decide to birth in your home, a birth center, or hospital you have the right to birth how you want, if there's no risk to you or your baby. 
 

On Call Once you've decided that I am the right Doula for you I am on call at anytime for emergencies and am here for you to answer any questions or concerns you have.
 

Captured Moments. If you and your family would like to have photos of The Big Day, I am more than happy to take them. With your approval, I will take photos during labor and birth of your baby. But, this is secondary. My focus will always remain on your needs first.  
 

Birth Ball Rental. I have a birth ball that is occasionally rented out. If you choose to utilize my Birth Doula service the birth ball is included at no cost to you.
 

Post-Partum Support. I will stay with you and your family up to 2 hours following the birth to ensure that you all have everything needed to rest with baby for the next 24 hours.
 

24 Hour In-Home Follow Up. I will come in check on you and baby's well being and to offer breast-feeding assistance, if needed.
 

(Optional) Additional 1 Time Visit. Some moms need more support than others. If you need additional help nursing or have any questions or concerns I will do another in home visit to ease the transition.
